In the British Command station :

Battle for the Atlantic : if order fail the sub can do a free Dive activation .But he his already submerged because if it wasn't the case the attacker couldn't use is ASW weapon's .

The use of Britannia can be made every turn without risk because if you fail you can still move 1 squadron for 1 token (a normal situation) ..

Good points, I guess the Battle for the Atlantic failure should allow the Submarine an extra +1 on its hidden die, and the Brittania activation should have some kind of drawback, like a 50% chance of not being able to perform the maneuver activation at all.
