Current statlines for the US battleships of Battleship Row represent them at the time of the Pearl Harbour attack.

For playing battles like the Surigao Strait, the versions after their repair and refit would be required.
These would be significantly different; for example, USS California had received entirely different secondary batteries in addition to various changes to her armour scheme.

Nice one, those are indeed still missing from the database. I'll include them in the next release
