Ok, so I've decided to 'upgrade' the update to version 1.4. I've changed the opening post accordingly.
Things that need to be worked out before 1.4 can go live:
- I need to complete the list of scenarios: 3 out of 6 have been more or less completed, the remaining 3 are more difficult.
- I'm playtesting the new AA- and air rules, which look very good, but I'm also playtesting the overall increase of AP values by one point for guns and torps, on which I definitely need more data.
- Convoys, the final fleet type is still a bit of a pain since I'm struggling on how these fleets should work and be represented on the table.
Once all these things are completed and ironed out, the new version is ready to go. Might still be a while though, since I'm stuck on the convoys and the scenarios and I'm now first trying to get some more games in to get some new inspiration.

Hello Denard, the excel force-builder is done and working. I've rewritten it in Excel 2003 format so it will run on any computer with Excel.
The 1.4 rules are also done, the scenarios are done, the QRS is done. Well, except for revisiting the Orders of Battle, everything for 1.4 is pretty much done, except for one thing... I still need to do some more playtesting to see if the changes didnt break some unexpected stuff. And with two toddlers running around, free time is in very short supply.
I might provide a download link in the future so you and anyone else who is interested can check out all the stuff for 1.4 and maybe do some playtesting yourself. I'll see if I find the time for that somewhere this or next week.

No worries, the forum is still active and the game is still being improved. You, and anyone else interested can take a look at the 1.4 version, including the Fleet builder by the following link:

The fleet builder offers a very quick way for building a fleet, lowering the entry requirements for the game (no need to print heaps of datacards) So I hope that will also increase the amount of players that want to give the game a try.
The reason I've not yet published 1.4 is that some features do need some more playtesting as I've said. So if you want to help the game forward, please go play the game and send me feedback (via the forum or the contact form) on the following issues:
- The blanket increase in AP values
- The reworked air attack rules
- Most importantly -> the new scenarios. I am fully aware that these will need tweaking, but I'm a bit stuck in finding out which buttons to push.
- The convoy fleet type is still absent, this is also because I'm still not sure on how to integrate them with the rest of the fleets and the scenarios.

Version 1.4 rules page 3 The Officer Data Card number do not match the Graphic. Example Bonus Tokens should be #6 in the text ...

No we have not played the latest version. I sent you all the weapons information for WW1 and filling in the information for the WW1 ships. Noticed also the the Officers are not included with the Command stations. Is that part of the changes to the rules?
Also working on the Command sheets for each Country.

No, the officer cards are still there. I just haven't regenerated all the deluxe datacards for the version above because all the data is in the Excel Fleet builder, including officers. As soon as I have enough playtest data and feedback (and maybe figured out a way to make convoy fleets work) I will put the new version up for download in the official download section together with all the newly generated versions of the datacards for ships, planes and officers. Alas, private matters (kids, new job) have caused this project to advance slower than I have hoped.
