Hello, if a submarine's engine gets damaged, how does it affect under water movement? If engine is still capable of 5cm movement on the surface, it can still move its max speed of 5cm under water?

Great find, this is not covered in the rules. When engines are damaged, half the submerged movement of a sub. This also has consequences for the range at which a submerged submarine can appear.

Definitely makes sense, I was thinking the same.

In this case marker dice will have to denote 2.5cm increments, not 5cm. Btw, I guessed subs can be farther than 6 x 5cm, the mraker dice do not limit their range, correct?
