Hello from Dubuque

Hello everyone! I am Abe from Dubuque, Iowa, and I am 13 years old. A year or two ago, I was introduced to Axis and Allies: War at Sea. I loved the game the minute I set eyes on it, and it catapulted me into the wonderful world of wargames. I have dabbled in many wargames since (most recently Flames of War and Bolt Action). I ran across this rule-set when I was doing research for a grid-less and slightly tweaked version of A&A: War at Sea. I figured that, since I already have the minis, it wouldn't hurt to try this game. I've only played two games, but already I really like the feel and mechanics of this game, and I hope to play many more games of Naval War.

Hello Abe and welcome to the Naval War community! Your first contribution has already made the game better, so keep it up (the new Akigumo card is in the 1.5 beta folder).

I also started out with A&A War at Sea, so your on a familiar route. I am looking forward to any contributions you might have.
