Hello Bezmozgu,
You can use the freeware program WinRAR to extract the picture files. You can then save them to your harddrive and add them to documents or whatever medium you want to use to print them. Alternatively you can upload the cards to a photo website and have them printed there.
I'd advise against printing each and every card though, just make a selection and print those. Far more economical, and since there are still some fixes done to the cards now and then, you won't risk having to print them all over again.
