I just played out the battle of the Denmark Straight and to help the Germans make up the stark point difference I gave them Langsdorf as the commander and I gave the Royal Navy a 0 point Commander who turned out to be worse than useless. The RN got 2 order tokens per turn (1 from the flagship Hood and 1 because the Hood and Prince of Wales were in a squadron) the KM got 4 order tokens because they had a flagship (Bismark) and a squadron (Bismark and Prinz Eugen) plus 2 for the commander. First turn the KM opens fire on the Hood with everything they have. Bismark gets to reroll a failed ranging shot with Langsdorf's ability and manages to roll a superstructure hit to the bridge for 4 points of damage. Hood fails its armor and now has to make a command check. 8+ for the commander and Hood fails. So, here's my question. Since the RN just lost its flagship, and since the breaking off move caused it to leave squadron cohesion range of the Prince of Wales, and since the commander confers no order tokens..... Does this mean the RN doesn't generate a single order token for the remainder of the match?
